This group is a supportive, skills-based program that helps teens and their adults better understand emotions, build confidence, and navigate stress, friendships, family dynamics, and identity with more clarity and control. Using tools from The Teen’s Guide to Emotions - including CBT strategies, brain-based education, practical regulation techniques, and real-life scenarios - participants learn how to identify what they feel, why they feel it, and what they need in order to feel better and move forward.
